short day
stacie and sravanthi came to visit around 1830 tonight! that was a pleasant visit. i'm glad they stopped by. we had a good visit and conversations. thanks girls! :)
other than that, the day was rather boring and uneventful. mom made spaghetti but we didn't like it. i guess the sauce wasn't a flavor we liked and the meatballs i chose for inclusion weren't that great either. oh well. we had ice cream later, and then late-night oatmeal.
we watched a rerun of smallville, 24, the recent episode of numb3rs, and a live episode of 'cold case'. just to pass the time.
we talked to granny around 1430 for a while but mom did most of the talking. granny is kinda-sorta ok, but her foot still isn't healed right and not doing well i don't think :(
mom keeps checking up on the outside temperature for some reason and seems to be somewhat obsessed, and i don't know why. odd.
stacie edumacated me on the word 'anachronistic' and 'anachronism' tonight. thanks to the inter-web i was able to be as smart as stacie, albeit not as fast :) she has a stellar vocabulary and i love it when she uses big non-everyday words. :)
i took my Avonex at 2030-ish so the aches have already kicked in. i took a percocet about half an hour ago, and it, too, has kicked in. now it's time for bed and so i bid you adieu.
