Life and How to Live It

nothing since earlier... sorry. i haven't passed out yet. mom and i were talking about random things so i stayed awake. although, reading is a bit tough so i try to limit it as much as i can.

mom has chicken pastry on teh stove which should be ready in about an hou. mmm that's good stuff. i did change shirts and manged to give myself a wash with a damp cloth.

my wound is actually sealed with some kind of glue, so there's no bandage or dressing to have to clean/change. very weird, but very nice. i haven't had a shower since surgery morning but mom said i'm not stinking (yet) so it's ok.

she's trying to learn how to do sudoku puzzles and that is a funny thing to watch :) heheh she's got the general idea, but these puzzles aren't her usual type.

we did talk about fixing up the spare room upstairs. i want to make it into a recreational room or something. like a game room, or computer lab, or book/study room... maybe when kris comes to visit next week, we can put something together. it's kinda junky in that room and i hate that. but with the big room downstairs, i don't really *need* a separate "game" room for when my people come over (i have plenty of space). so, i dunno... but it would be nice to have a quiet get-away room of sorts for reading or whatever... just an idea.

anyhoo.. reading/writing is tough on my eyes so i'm gonna go continue resting...
